Consultant Physiotherapist

Lead comprehensive physical evaluations, diagnostic muscle/joint movement analyses, and build custom recovery pathways for orthopedic, spine, and geriatric patients.
Key Requirements
- MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) in Orthopedics, Manual Therapy, or Sports Rehabilitation.
- Experience with 1-on-1 evidence-based exercise prescriptions.
- Excellent clinical reasoning and patient communication skills.
- Proficient with manual joint mobilizations and athletic conditioning.
Sports Rehabilitation Specialist

Design, guide, and validate performance-rebuilding protocols for local athletes and post-op patients (ACL reconstruction, meniscus, shoulder cuff repairs) returning to active sports.
Key Requirements
- BPT/MPT with specialization in Sports Physiotherapy or CSCS certification.
- Hands-on experience in manual therapy techniques (cupping or IASTM).
- Ability to run biomechanical gait analysis and return-to-sport testing.
- Highly energetic, athletic-minded, and detail-oriented.
Clinic & Front Desk Coordinator

Manage front-desk check-ins, patient appointment schedules, clinic operations, billing, and coordinate clinical correspondence to deliver a premium patient experience.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, hospitality, or related fields.
- 1+ years of experience in front desk management, hospitality, or customer-facing operations.
- Fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with hospital/clinic management software and spreadsheets.
